Human Resource Mission Statement
To be the proactive and strategic provider of quality professional human resource services for Owen County Government, including; the development and administration of all related policies, employee recruitment, job classification and compensation, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, safety and risk management, employee training and development, public and employee relations.
