Cindy began working for Owen County in 1995 as a Deputy Jailer. In 2011 Cindy was elected as Owen County Jailer and has continued to server our community. She has served as a board member of the Kentucky Jailer’s Association since 2012. And was nominated as Kentucky's Jailer of the year in 2015.
