June 3, 2022 — The Owen County Fiscal Court is pleased to announce the selection of Nicki Thomas as assistant Owen County EMS (OCEMS) director.
A six-year veteran of OCEMS, Thomas received her paramedic licensure in 2019 and serves as the system's pediatric coordinator.
"With the appointment of Ms. Thomas and the selection of Director (Brian) Riddle, we have finally achieved the leadership structure needed to continue the successful delivery of prehospital care to the citizens of Owen County," said Owen County Judge/Executive Casey Ellis.
Thomas' appointment is effective immediately.
